Surface Tension

exhibitions supplements manual

Surface Tension acts as a creative platform to explore forms of spatial practice that engage locational complexity, aspects of difference and commonality, urban infrastructures and rituals of sharing. Working as a loose collective of artists and thinkers, Surface Tension results in collaborative projects and publications addressing site-based art practice and questions of the built environment: How might we begin to expose site-specific practice to the contemporary medial environment, to foster a multiplicity of interactions and reflections on spatial politics, to wonder about the relational complexities encircling and entangling us.
